Once upon a time, in a vibrant Indian village surrounded by lush green fields and tall mango trees, there lived a clever donkey named Gopal. Gopal was curious and loved to explore beyond the village. One day, he found a beautiful tiger's skin that had been left behind by a hunter. Thinking it was a marvelous costume, Gopal decided to wear it to look brave and impressive. As he draped the tiger's skin over his back, he felt proud but also a little nervous about what might happen next.

As Gopal strutted around proudly, he caught the attention of a wise old owl perched on a nearby tree. The owl looked at him with kind eyes and said, 'Gopal, why are you wearing that tiger's skin?' Gopal puffed up his chest and replied, 'I want to be brave and admired by everyone!' The owl chuckled softly and warned, 'Remember, true bravery comes from kindness, not costumes.' Gopal nodded, feeling a little unsure but still excited to show off his new look.

Later that day, Gopal decided to visit his friends in the village. As he trotted along, a group of children saw him and shouted, 'Wow! Look at the brave tiger!' Gopal felt happy but also a little guilty. Suddenly, a real tiger appeared from the nearby jungle! The children screamed and ran, but Gopal remembered the owl's words. Instead of running, he stood tall and called out gently, 'Please, Mr. Tiger, we mean no harm. We only want to live peacefully.' The tiger paused, surprised by Gopal's kindness, and slowly disappeared back into the jungle.

After the encounter, Gopal realized that true bravery was in being honest and kind. He took off the tiger's skin and promised himself to always be himself. The villagers cheered for Gopal, not because he wore a costume, but because he showed courage and kindness from his heart. From that day on, Gopal became known as the bravest donkey in the village—not because of a costume, but because of his good heart.

And so, Gopal the donkey taught everyone in the village an important lesson: being brave means being true to yourself and showing kindness to others. From that day on, he lived happily, exploring new adventures with a big heart and a gentle smile, reminding everyone that true courage comes from within.
