In the lush green land of Kerala, young Ramu loved exploring the vibrant coconut groves. One sunny afternoon, he noticed a tall coconut tree swaying gently, but something was unusual—he heard faint whispers coming from its top! Curious and a little brave, Ramu decided to find out what was making the tree talk. As he looked up, he felt a mix of excitement and wonder, ready for an unexpected adventure.

As Ramu climbed closer, he saw a shimmering, friendly ghost floating gently near the top of the coconut tree. Instead of being scary, the ghost smiled warmly and said, 'Hello, Ramu! I am Ghoomy, the gentle ghost of the coconut grove.' Ramu’s eyes widened with surprise, but he felt no fear—only curiosity and kindness. Ghoomy explained he loved singing songs and telling stories to the trees and animals, but he was lonely and wanted a friend.

That night, under a glowing coconut moon, Ramu and Ghoomy sat on a soft patch of grass. Ghoomy sang a sweet song about the stars, while fireflies danced around them, lighting up the dark sky. Ramu listened with wide eyes, feeling warm and happy inside. He realized that friendship can be found in the most unexpected places, and that sharing stories and songs makes everyone feel special and loved.

The next morning, Ramu and Ghoomy sat beneath the tallest coconut tree, sharing stories and laughter. Ramu learned that even if someone looks different or is from a different world, kindness and friendship can blossom like the bright flowers in Kerala. Ghoomy smiled, feeling happy to have found a true friend. From that day on, the coconut grove was filled with joy, songs, and stories, reminding everyone that friendship is the greatest treasure of all.
